I'm lovin your blue bowl! What pattern IS that? (and yes-I did do some scrolling to try to see more of it--your salsa hides a lot of the pattern too!) :D
I love this bowl, too! My auntie let me have it at my home when I got married, along with a couple of other cobalt blue glass ones. She shares my love of cobalt. :) I have no idea where it's from, but the designs are lovely. They are just along the top edge, etched or painted in silver, but as it gets used more the silver wears off rather. It's a serving bowl, but since I don't set out a fancy meal as much as I used to I decided to use it around the kitchen more to get my fill of its loveliness!

I am going to saute summer squash and zucchini in a bit of butter with some onion and salt and pepper to go along with our supper!
