We do have a smoker and love to eat what comes off of it! Ours is smaller and doesn't have the tall cold smoker part. This one was made for a chef friend of ours. :)
I looked at it and said...Oh Bill needs this....then I saw the name! What total fun - I hope I get the chance to cook with him again and get my hands on it's shiny coolness!
