I was delighted Friday morning to walk out to my grove and find that the rhubarb was ready to start picking! I have several beautiful, established hills to enjoy here.
Olivia helped me to bake rhubarb muffins for the weekend; my gluten-free ones even turned out well! Such a joy every spring to taste rhubarb again. I need to bake some crumble now.

What do you make with your rhubarb?
Muffins, coffeecake, crumbles/crisps. This is my first year experimenting with gluten, dairy and refined sugar free, but so far I haven't been disappointed. :)
